"Israel must stop using excessive force against Palestinian children," says HCHR

Hemaya Centre for Human Rights (HCHR) has warned of the Israeli continued use of excessive force against Palestinian children who participate in peaceful demonstrations in the West Bank.

The center pointed out that the Israeli authorities continued their attacks on the weekly demonstrations that take place in the West Bank, despite the fact that they are peaceful, popular demonstrations calling for the people's rights violated and expressing their rejection of the Israeli crimes.

(HCHR) also condemned the Israeli forces' firing of live bullets in an organized and systematic way towards the peaceful demonstrators east of Ramallah, which led to the injury of a Palestinian boy, as the cameras showed the soldiers happiness due to his injury.

The Center warned of the danger of Israeli racist media discourse directed against the Palestinians in general, noting that for decades the Israeli authorities and their various agencies have pursued a policy of incitement against the Palestinians, and this is what the cameras showed on the faces of the soldiers and their joy at the shedding of Palestinian blood.

It called on the international community to put pressure on the Israeli authorities and force them to submit to the international community.
