Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant ordered the military to "intensify its operations" in the occupied West Bank following explosions on three buses in Tel Aviv, which, according to reports, did not result in any casualties.
Gallant's office stated: "In light of the dangerous attempts to attack civilians in the Gush Dan area in Israel," and instructed the military to "intensify counter-terrorism operations in Tulkarem refugee camp and all refugee camps" in the West Bank, which remains under Israeli occupation.
In a related development, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office confirmed to *Israel Hayom* that Netanyahu had directed a new offensive operation in the West Bank following the bus explosions.

Late Thursday, Israeli police reported explosions and a fire in three buses in Bat Yam, Tel Aviv, and said they had begun an investigation into the incident. The police suspect the explosions were of nationalistic motives.

The Tel Aviv area commander mentioned that the bombings were part of a widespread operation, and reserve forces were deployed at numerous locations.
*ABC* reported that sources familiar with the investigation revealed that the bombings were originally planned for Friday morning but at least one device detonated prematurely on Thursday evening.
Israeli media also reported heightened security measures at Ben Gurion Airport, with searches of buses and passengers traveling to the airport. *Israel Hayom* reported that security assessments suggest the bombs were timed to explode at 9:00 AM but detonated accidentally at 9:00 PM.
The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation mentioned that the police and Shin Bet had removed cameras from locations where explosives were found to track the perpetrators.
