Another Massacre as Civilians Await Aid in Khan Younis

In a brutal attack on civilians queuing for humanitarian aid near Khan Younis, over 45 Palestinians were killed and hundreds wounded in an Israeli airstrike. The wounded, many in critical condition, overwhelmed Gaza’s already strained medical facilities, where shortages of vital medicines worsen the crisis.

As families waited for food, Israeli forces shelled the area with heavy artillery and drones, sparing neither women, children, nor displaced families sheltering in tents. Strikes also hit schools and residential neighbourhoods across Gaza, leaving more dead and shattered homes in their wake.

This atrocity is part of a wider, ongoing assault since October 2023, which has devastated Gaza, claiming nearly 180,000 lives and forcing countless others into displacement and hunger. Despite international calls for ceasefire and aid access, the siege and violence persist, underscoring the harsh reality Palestinians face daily under relentless bombardment.
