Israel releases Jerusalemite on condition of 5-day house arrest


Israeli Police released on Saturday evening the Jerusalemite, Murad Muhammad Al-Tarhouni, 21, on condition of home confinement for 5 days.

His brother, Khalil, told Safa that the Israeli police released his brother, Murad, after arresting and interrogating for about 7 hours, on charges of assaulting an Israeli soldier.

The police stipulated that the young man, Murad, must sign a financial guarantee of 3 thousand Israeli shekels, which he is obligated to pay if he does not adhere to the condition of house arrest.

The Israeli forces arrested Murad Al-Tarhouni from the Iron Gate in Al-Aqsa Mosque on Saturday afternoon, after severely beating him.
