Forum of Palestinian Journalists condemned the Israeli Mossad's investigation with the Palestinian journalist Muath Hamed, Al Araby television correspondent, in security headquarter for the Spanish Civil Guard. 

The Forum considered what happened a stab in the back of the Palestinians and the free people by the Spanish authorities, which must respect the principles of human rights. 

It condemned the involvement of the Spanish authorities in this violation against the Palestinian journalist Muath Hamed. 
"This violates the Convection Relating to the Status of Refugees (1951) which forces them to protect the refugees. The Spanish authorities at risk as this violate Article 14 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which states that every person has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution," the Forum said. 

Forum of Palestinian Journalists called on the Spanish authorities to follow up and monitor the Israeli Mossad's investigation with Muath, provide him with the needed protection, and not allow the Israeli occupation authorities to reach him in all cases.
