Hundreds of Yemenis demonstrated in the southern governorate of Abyan, in support of Palestine and in opposition to the Emirati and Bahraini normalization with "Israel."

The demonstration roamed the main street in the city of Lawdar, north of the provincial capital, "Zanzibar", in which they raised pictures of Palestine, and burned the Israeli flag.

Meanwhile, the demonstrators raised banners with slogans denouncing the normalization of the UAE and Bahrain with Israel, such as: “normalization is a betrayal,” “a fully sovereign state with Jerusalem as its capital,” and “we supported the resistance to liberate Palestine, and we were part of it, and we will be again.”

"What the UAE and Bahrain have done is a betrayal of the Palestinian people and a flagrant concession on Islamic sanctities," said the demonstrators in a statement.

Brokered by the US administration, the UAE and Bahrain signed the normalization agreements with Israel at the White House.
