Hamas movement stated that Israel's closure of Gaza's sea in front of the fishermen violates their rights. 

The spokesperson of Hamas said in a statement that Hamas will not accept any Israeli procedures aim at suffocating the Palestinians, holding Israel responsible for the results of their aggressive actions. 

He mentioned that Israel's policies will not break the soul of the resistance of the Palestinians.
