The Israeli Military Court in Ofer sentenced the prisoner, Maan Arafat Atawneh, from Beit Kahil, north of Hebron, in the south of the West Bank, to 12 months imprisonment and a fine of 10 thousand shekels.

Asra Media Office stated that the Israeli forces arrested Atawneh on June 4, 2021, after raiding his family's home in Beit Kahil, destroying its contents under the pretext of searching. Besides, the prisoner was transferred to the investigation at the Etzion Center.

Ofer military court postponed his trial 10 times before issuing a sentence against him today for 12 months, of which he spent 10 and a half months until now.
