Intensive contacts between international bodies and Palestinian Resistance to improve conditions in Gaza

International bodies and mediators conducted intensive calls with the leaders of the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza to improve the living conditions in the city and consolidate the ceasefire. 

Special sources confirmed that there was intensive contacts since the announcement of the ceasefire on May 21 between Israel and the Palestinian factions. 

The sources noted that the resistance's leadership conducted bilateral calls with Egypt, Qatar, and the USA to intensify the efforts of the consolidation of the ceasefire. 

The Palestinian resistance received lately intensive calls not to start a new wave of fight amid the victory they achieved in the recent Israeli war on Gaza, noting that those calls resulted in good developments and that the coming days will witness an intensive diplomatic movement. 

Since Israel launched its aggression on Gaza on May 11, it has been closing the only commercial crossing in Gaza, preventing the entry of goods and solar, minimizing the area allowed for fishing, and preventing the movement of travelers and patients throughout Erez crossing.

The number of residential units affected during the Israeli war on Gaza reached 16800; 1800 are inhabitable, and 1000 are completely destroyed, while the value of damage estimated at $350 million, according to the Ministry of Public Works and Housing.
