On the death of top Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine - General Command official Ahmad Jibril, head of Hamas’ National Relations Office Husam Badran stated the following:

The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas mourns the death of Ahmad Jibril, secretary-general of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine - General Command (PFLP-GC), who passed away on Wednesday evening in the Syrian capital, Damascus.

Jibril’s death came after a long journey of serving his homeland, people, and cause for years.

May Allah shower the deceased with His mercy and forgiveness and grant his family and loved ones patience over his loss.
