The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine(DFLP) said on Wednesday that the opening of the UAE embassy in Tel Aviv is a step that will severely harm the national interests of the Palestinian people and the rest of the Arab peoples, especially the people of the UAE.

The DFLP added in a statement reached Safa that the opening of the embassy is an attempt to give Arab legitimacy to the aggressive and fascist behavior of Israel and to present it, contrary to what it is, as a state of alleged peace and international cooperation, at a time when the whole world knows that Israel is an aggressive state, rebellious against international legal laws.

"such policies will not succeed in beautifying the occupying state and will not succeed in weakening the will of the Palestinian people after they have made great strides on the path to national salvation, and after their cause has turned into an issue of international public opinion, which was expressed in the honorable position of countries and peoples,” the DFLP added.

It was stressed that the peoples stand by the Palestinian people and their legitimate national rights and condemned the aggressive policies of the Israeli entity.
