Israeli soldier shots an 11-year-old boy in Hebron

An 8-year-old Palestinian boy was today reported in critical condition at Ahli hospital in Hebron after he was shot in the chest by Israeli soldiers at the entrance to Beit Ummar town, north of the southern West Bank city of Hebron.

Reports said soldiers at a military watch tower located at the entrance to Beit Ummar opened fire at Palestinians during clashes following a funeral held at the town’s cemetery located at the entrance of Beit Ummar, hitting Mohammad Mouayyad Allamy in the chest.

The boy was rushed to hospital where he is reported in critical condition.
