Waed association for captives and ex-captives called on the international bodies to send an international team to conduct the necessary examinations, and to transfer the sick prisoners to hospitals to receive treatment.
The association called in a statement that SAFA received a copy of it by the Palestinian media, to shed light on this Israeli crime practiced against men and women prisoners amid the international neglect of this humanitarian cause.
Waed pointed out that it tries to take actions related to the infection of more than 110 prisoners inside the Israeli prisons with the Coronavirus
"The Israeli crime starts with the transmission of the virus to prisoners is still continuing, as all the infected prisoners face medical neglect, considered as the slow and deliberate policy of killing by the Israeli prison forces, especially the sick and elderly prisoners," Waed added.
Waed also continued, "The infection of this large number in a short time means that more prisoners will be infected with this virus, at a time when all means of prevention lack in prisons."
