The "Al-Bieder" organization’s 2024 annual report reveals alarming statistics of 2,977 Israeli violations targeting Bedouin communities in the West Bank. These systematic attacks aim to dismantle Bedouin livelihoods and forcefully displace them from their ancestral lands to clear the way for settlement expansion.
The report documents the mass displacement of 67 Bedouin communities—340 families, totalling 2,345 individuals—who were uprooted from their homes. These forced removals create a demographic vacuum that facilitates Israeli settlement growth, pushing Palestinians into a desperate choice: abandon their land or endure unlivable conditions.
Hebron, Tubas, Bethlehem, Nablus, and Jericho bore the brunt of these violations, reflecting an organized campaign of ethnic cleansing. Al-Bieder’s general supervisor, Hassan Mlihhat, described 2024 as a year of "unprecedented escalation," where Bedouin communities endured coordinated assaults, persecution, and terror as part of a systematic effort to erase their existence.
