The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) has called for decisive action from Arab and Islamic governments to counter Israel's "aggressive and colonial ambitions." The movement's statement followed the circulation of maps by official Israeli accounts depicting Palestinian territories, Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon as part of a larger annexation plan. These maps, coupled with inflammatory slogans, were condemned as evidence of Israel's expansionist intentions.

Hamas highlighted that these maps coincided with statements from Israeli leaders expressing plans to displace Palestinians and seize Arab lands. The group described such actions as part of a broader strategy to escalate aggression, subjugate regional populations, and exploit their resources.

“These policies, along with the public declarations accompanying the genocidal war and ethnic cleansing in Gaza and the West Bank, demand a strong response from the Arab League,” the statement read.

Hamas urged Arab and Islamic nations to stand firm against these crimes, support the Palestinian people, and thwart what it termed "fascist Zionist plans" targeting the region.
