Al- Asir club stated on a statement today that the health condition inside the Israeli jails is the worst since the beginning of Israel, stressing that the prison administration is imposing criminal laws and methods to kill prisoners inside their cells.

Al- Asir Club explained that the medical examination process inside the Israeli jails takes place behind an iron check separating the sick prisoner from the doctor, and this abnormal method of medical examination is in violation of all laws, regulations and rules issued by the medical unions. 

"The prisoners described the medical clinic in the Israeli jails as a mock clinic that was found only to certify its existence by human rights and international institutions, especially the Red Cross," the Club added.

The club referred to the negligence and obedience used by the prison administration to silence the sick prisoners, as it undertakes to transport the patient or the injured to the hospital for the necessary tests and this may take a long time. If the patient is transferred to the hospital, he does not obtain the results of the examination and without receiving the necessary treatment.

The prisoners are also complaining about the unpleasant odors (sewage) in the prison, as the unpleasant smells emanating from them affect the health status of the sick prisoners, especially those who suffer from allergies in the chest and heart attacks, and those who suffer from skin allergies in light of the spread of insects due to these smells.
