The Israeli occupation forces (IDF) have intensified their deadly operations in the West Bank since the beginning of this year, killing around 70 Palestinians, including civilians and resistance fighters.
According to the Palestinian Information Center (Mu'ti), Jenin suffered the heaviest toll, with 38 Palestinians killed. The casualties also include 15 in Tubas, 6 in Nablus, 5 in Tulkarm, 3 in Hebron, 2 in Bethlehem, and 1 in occupied Jerusalem.
The report highlighted that among the victims were 10 children, a woman, and two elderly individuals.
Meanwhile, Palestinian resistance operations in January 2025 saw a notable rise, leading to the deaths of six Israelis and injuries to 36 others.
