The Palestinian Resistance has handed over three Israeli prisoners to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in central Gaza. In return, Israel is set to release 183 Palestinian detainees. This marks the fifth such exchange since the implementation of a temporary truce.
While these exchanges continue, the situation in Gaza remains catastrophic. With relentless Israeli attacks, entire neighbourhoods have been wiped out, and the humanitarian crisis is worsening. Tens of thousands of Palestinians have been killed, medical facilities are overwhelmed, and essential supplies are scarce.
As negotiations persist, Palestinians are not just waiting for prisoner releases but for an end to the ongoing aggression that has brought immense suffering to Gaza.
