Mass Demonstration in New York Demands U.S. End Support for Gaza Occupation

Hundreds gathered outside Trump Tower in New York to voice their outrage at the ongoing devastation in Gaza and to call for an end to U.S. backing of Israeli military operations. The protest highlighted widespread anger over the escalating siege and Israel’s plans to fully occupy the Gaza Strip, which many view as a deliberate campaign to erase Palestinian presence and rights.

Speakers at the rally urged political leaders, including former President Donald Trump, to take responsibility and push for an immediate halt to the violence and starvation inflicted on Gaza’s civilian population. The protest was framed not only as opposition to military aggression but as a broader demand for justice and the restoration of Palestinian dignity and freedom.

Demonstrators expressed determination to maintain pressure until Palestinian rights are fully recognised, invoking the call for liberation “from the river to the sea.” The event reflected growing international solidarity with Gaza’s besieged population amid what activists describe as a humanitarian crisis deliberately engineered through blockade and occupation.
