Investigation Reveals Thousands Killed by Israel While Seeking Aid in Gaza

An investigation has revealed that Israeli forces have killed around 3,000 Palestinians and injured nearly 20,000 others while they attempted to obtain humanitarian aid in Gaza since the start of the genocidal campaign. The report documented almost 200 attacks on civilians near aid distribution points between January 2024 and July 2025, highlighting a systematic strategy that exacerbates famine and deprivation across the Strip.

Experts warn that these attacks are part of a deliberate policy of mass killing and forced displacement, designed to prevent Palestinians from accessing essential food and medical supplies. Legal authorities described the actions as serious violations of international law, amounting to war crimes, crimes against humanity, and acts of genocide. The repeated targeting of aid seekers underlines the calculated nature of the campaign and the profound humanitarian consequences for the civilian population.

The investigation further concluded that the assaults on aid seekers serve multiple purposes: controlling crowds through lethal force, displacing communities, and undermining the collective ability of Palestinians to survive. With tens of thousands wounded or killed, the report paints a grim picture of the human cost of Israel’s ongoing genocidal war in Gaza.
