“Israeli military army has attacked 300 targets in the Gaza Strip in the year 2020,” an Israeli report illustrated, on Thursday.

The Israeli combat aircraft carried out 1,400 sorties on various fronts, and the helicopters made more than 400 sorties, and 35 thousand flight hours for Israeli reconnaissance aircraft.

“The Iron Dome intercepted 80 rockets, which constitute 93% of the total number of rockets fired at populated areas, and one tunnel was discovered,” the report translated by Safa indicated.

176 rockets and mortars were launched from the Gaza Strip, 90% of them landed in empty areas, the statement said.

As for the West Bank, the Israeli army stole 675,000 shekels of citizens money, compared to 972,000 in 2019, and more than a million shekels in 2018. Moreover, the army confiscated 541 weapons, compared to 603 in 2019.

Shootings in 2020 were more than the previous year, as it recorded 31 attacks, compared to 12 attacks in 2019 and this year was the quietest year in at least 10 years, according to the report.
