Widespread Israeli Raids Target Homes Across the West Bank

Israeli forces conducted a series of pre-dawn operations across towns and villages in the West Bank on Thursday, detaining multiple Palestinians and carrying out extensive searches of private homes. These operations form part of a broader pattern of intensified military activity across the occupied territory.

In the Jenin area, troops arrested Sohaib Mohammad Nairat from Meithalun, while simultaneously entering Kafr Ra‘i to search homes and detain numerous residents. Witnesses reported significant damage to personal property and described on-the-spot interrogations as residents were held in their homes. The raids were accompanied by visible disruption to the communities, with many left fearful and unsettled.

Further south in Hebron, the home of the family of Imran al-Atrash, who was killed in the aftermath of an incident in Gush Etzion two months ago, was demolished. In Jerusalem, a young man was taken from the al-Kassarat neighborhood during early morning raids. In Tulkarm, troops detained two teenagers, Iyad Alaa Faqha and Mohammad Yousef Akka, after storming their homes in the town of Anabta. These actions underscore the ongoing nature of military operations that continue to shape everyday life in the West Bank, bringing widespread fear, displacement, and property loss.
