Israeli Forces Expel Palestinians from Farmland in Bethlehem

SAFA- Israeli occupation forces forced several Palestinians at gunpoint to leave their farmland on Wednesday in the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, after Israeli settlers entered the area.

Mahmoud Abdullah Issa said the settlers entered land owned by him, his brother Ahmed, and his cousin Omar Daoud in the Al-Karami area, south of the town, while they were present with international solidarity activists.

He said the settlers attempted to assault them, but they stood their ground until Israeli occupation forces arrived and forced them to leave the land at gunpoint.

Issa added that this was not the first such incident, noting that they have faced settler attacks and have frequently been prevented from accessing their farmland.
