SAFA - The Gaza Government Media Office said Sunday that Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement have reached 3,795 after 280 days of the ceasefire, resulting in 1,168 Palestinians killed and 3,734 others injured.
The office said 149 Palestinians have been arrested during the ceasefire period, adding that violations have continued despite the agreement.
It said the entry of humanitarian aid trucks into the Gaza Strip remains far below the agreed level, with only 59,613 trucks allowed in out of 168,000 that were expected to enter by this point, representing an implementation rate of 35%.
The office added that only 9,268 people have been allowed to leave Gaza out of 24,600 who were expected to travel since the agreement to reopen the Rafah border crossing was reached, representing an implementation rate of 37%.
The Government Media Office condemned Israel’s systematic violations of the ceasefire agreement, continued targeting of Palestinians, and ongoing killings. It held Israel fully responsible for the continued deterioration of humanitarian conditions across the Gaza Strip and called on ceasefire mediators and guarantors to ensure the implementation of all provisions of the agreement and stop ongoing violations.
