Israeli Occupation Targets Civilian Vehicle in Gaza, Several Palestinians Injured

SAFA- Israeli occupation forces injured several Palestinians on Monday after targeting a civilian vehicle near Al-Ghafri Junction in central Gaza City.

A Safa correspondent reported that several civilians were wounded when an Israeli drone struck the vehicle near the junction.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said its ambulance crews transported seven casualties to the Society's Al-Saraya Field Hospital, including three in critical condition, following the airstrike.

Elsewhere, a Safa correspondent reported that a Palestinian was moderately injured by Israeli occupation forces in the Bir 19 area of Al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

Earlier Monday, Israeli occupation forces shot and injured another Palestinian in the Halawa camp area of Jabal al-Balad, north of the Gaza Strip.

In southern Gaza, Israeli military vehicles opened fire east of Khan Younis as artillery shelling continued across the area.

The correspondent also reported that Israeli drones were flying intensively at low altitude over Khan Younis.

Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces shelled the eastern areas of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.

The Israeli occupation continues to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, with more than 1,030 Palestinians killed and hundreds more injured since the truce took effect.
