SAFA- The Palestinian Health Ministry said Monday that 1,258 Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip since the Oct. 10, 2025 ceasefire, while six Palestinians were injured and taken to hospitals over the past 24 hours.

The ministry said several victims remain trapped beneath the rubble or stranded on roads, with ambulance and Civil Defense crews unable to reach them.

Since the ceasefire took effect, 4,145 Palestinians have been injured, while the remains of 807 others have been recovered from beneath the rubble, according to the ministry.

The cumulative toll since Oct. 7, 2023, has reached 73,386 Palestinians killed and 174,256 injured, the ministry said.
