SAFA- Qatar on Saturday condemned escalating Israeli settler attacks across the occupied West Bank, including systematic violence against Palestinian civilians, calling the attacks a flagrant violation of international law and UN resolutions and a continuation of crimes against the Palestinian people.

In a statement, Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the attacks reflect an Israeli policy of enabling settlers to commit further violence under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.

The ministry called on the international community to take urgent action to protect the Palestinian people and hold those responsible for the attacks accountable.

It also reiterated Qatar’s unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, including their right to establish an independent state along the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
