Israeli Forces and Settlers Launch Widespread Raids, Demolitions Across West Bank

SAFA - Three Palestinians were injured on Thursday after Israeli occupation forces beat them during a raid on Rafidia neighborhood in western Nablus. The assault came as Israeli forces and settlers carried out a series of raids, arrests, home searches and attacks across the occupied West Bank.

In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli bulldozers demolished three Palestinian buildings in Beit Hanina and uprooted trees and vegetation surrounding nearby homes.

In southern Hebron, settlers set fire to a Palestinian home in Khirbet Al-Fakhit, west of Yatta. In the northern Jordan Valley, settlers made provocative rounds through Khirbet Samra and blocked the Wadi Qana road, west of Deir Istiya in the Salfit governorate, by placing stones on the road.

In the Nablus governorate, Israeli occupation forces raided Awarta, Madama, Salem and Bazaria and searched homes in several neighborhoods of Nablus city.

Said Al-Shreida and Ramadan Abu Shaheen were detained in Nablus, while Muhannad Araishi was detained after Israeli forces searched his home in Rafidia. In Salem, Karkari, his son Mohammed, and Mohammed Ishtayeh were detained. Yasser Salem was also detained in Bazaria.

In the Qalqilya governorate, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya city through its eastern entrance, as well as the towns of Jayyous and Kafr Thulth. Baraa Yahya was detained after his family home in Jayyous was searched, while Mohammed Issa was detained in Kafr Thulth. Former detainee Bilal Miskawi was also detained after Israeli forces searched his home in Qalqilya.

Elsewhere, Israeli occupation forces raided Kafr Malik, northeast of Ramallah, and searched several homes. They also raided Al-Arroub refugee camp and the town of Seir, north of Hebron.
