The Prisoners' and Human Rights Institutions said that the Israeli forces arrested 456 Palestinians, including 93 minors and 8 women, in January.

The institutions, including the Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Committee, the Palestinian Prisoner's Society, the Addameer for Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association, and the Wadi Hilweh Information Center, added in a report received by Safa that the number of administrative detention orders issued last month reached 105 orders, including 30 new ones and 75 renewals.

The number of Palestinian prisoners in the occupation prisons reached about 4500 by the end of January 2021, including 37 women, 140 children, and 450 administrative prisoners.
