The published photo of the Palestinian prisoner Hussain Masalma -sick with cancer- while lying in a hospital bed aches our hearts and shows our weak concerns towards the Palestinian prisoners, Shaykh Khader Adnan, a leader in Islamic Jihad Movement, stated.

Israeli occupation authorities issued a decision, on Sunday, to release the prisoner Hussain Masalam, from Bethlehem, after 19 years of imprisonment.

Masalma's painful photo reveales his extreme exhaustion resulting from cancer.

"I call on my people to stare in the eyes of our brother Masalma and see the years of suffering and repression he faced in the Israeli prisons," Shaykh Adnan said.

He confirmed, "Masalma's scene in the hospital reveals our deficit and default against our Palestinian prisoners."

"We must do out best to release our heroes," he added.

Shaykh Adnan finally directed a special tribute to the family of Masalma, the patient prisoners and elderly people, wishing them a soon meeting with their families while they are safe and sound.
