Two prisoners enter their 30th year in Israeli prisons

The Palestinian Prisoner's Society (PPS) said that the two prisoners, Muhammad Tawfiq Jabareen and Yahya Mustafa Agbaria from the occupied territories in 1948, entered their 30th consecutive year in the prisons of the Israeli occupation.

PPS stated that the prisoner Jabareen, 69, is from the city of Umm al-Fahm, and a father of nine children. He lost one of them lost during his years of detention in addition to losing his parents. He is a grandfather of 27 and is currently in Gilboa prison.

Agbaria, 53, is from the village of Al-Mushrifa in the occupied territories in 1948, and during his years of detention, he lost his mother. Jabareen and Agbaria are sentenced to life imprisonment, said PPS.

It pointed out that the occupation authorities, over the past years, refused to release them in all the swaps that took place.
