Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will travel to the United Arab Emirates tomorrow for a first state visit to the Arab country since the establishment of official diplomatic relations, according to Walla Hebrew website.
The visit, which has been repeatedly postponed due to Coronavirus restrictions, will be tomorrow. Netanyahu's plane will take off from Ben Gurion Airport on a direct flight to the Emirates.
He indicated that he would meet the Emirati Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed and senior Emirati leaders.
Netanyahu has been seen as eager to make the trip 10 days before the elections in order to tout his diplomatic achievements.
Netanyahu will be accompanied by senior officials, while the list of accompanying political figures has not yet been announced, and an economic delegation will accompany him to sign bilateral agreements.
