Shtayyeh signs €22.8 million agreement with EU to promote agriculture, create jobs

Palestine's Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh and the head of the European Union Directorate-General for Neighborhood and Enlargement Negotiations Henrike Trautmann signed an agreement worth €22.8 million to promote agriculture and create jobs.

The agreement was for the benefit of the promotion of the agricultural sector and the creation of employment opportunities, including land reclamation and supporting farmers in various fields, including livestock production.

It is worth noting that the agreement is intended to support the National Development Plan and the Agricultural Clusters Plan, which currently focuses on agriculture in Tubas and the Jordan Valley.
