Kommunal Landspensjonskasse Gjensidig Forsikringsselskap (KLP), one of the biggest investment companies in Norway, declared on Monday withdrawal of investment from 16 Israeli and global companies connected with settlements in the occupied West Bank.
According to Yedioth Ahronoth, the Government Pension Investment Fund in Norway with an investment value of $95 million decided to withdraw its investments from 16 global and Israeli companies connected with Israeli settlements.
It said that Motorola, a multinational telecommunication company, Cellcom, Partner, Alstom, and Bezeq were among those companies.
In a statement issued by Norway's Investment Fund, those companies violated international law as they cooperated with illegal Israeli settlements.
