The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas called on the Palestinian people to continue participating in the popular demonstrations against settlements in the occupied West Bank.

In a press statement, Hamas spokesman, Abd al-Latif al-Qanu’, saluted the masses of revolters against the occupation, dozens of whom were injured on Friday while confronting the occupation forces and settlers’ flocks in Beita, Beit Dajan, Kafr Qaddoum, Qasra, Jaba’, Tarqumiya and various villages, towns and cities of the West Bank, and in Silwan.

Al-Qanu' stressed that the continuation of the popular demonstrations and the continuous clash with the occupation forces reflect the determination of the Palestinians.

He called on the Palestinian people in the West Bank to keep the clash with the occupation forces at all points of confrontation and to continue resisting the racist plans and settlement expansion.
