Israel releases prisoner Al-Issawi under specific condition

The Israeli occupation court on Tuesday ruled to release the ex-prisoner, Medhat Tariq Al-Issawi, on the condition that he be deported from the village of Al-Isawiya 100 meters away from the occupied city of Jerusalem, until next Sunday.

Raafat Al-Issawi, Medhat's brother, told Safa that the court refused to release him to the village of Al-Isawiya, and stipulated that he be removed from his home and village until July 17, 2021.

He added that "the court also stipulated the payment of a financial guarantee of 1,500 shekels and the signing of a guarantee of 10 thousand shekels."

The occupation intelligence kidnapped the ex-prisoner Medhat Al-Issawi yesterday, the moment he was released from Megiddo Prison after he had served his 8-year sentence.

The Intelligence took Medhat to the Al-Maskobiya police station and extended his detention for today after he refused to be released on the condition that he be removed from the village of Al-Isawiya.
