A child seriously injured in confrontations with IOF in Nabi Saleh village

A 16-year-old child was seriously injured Friday evening during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in the village of Nabi Saleh, northwest of Ramallah.

Human rights activist Bilal Al-Tamimi reported to Safa that a force of pedestrians stormed the center of the village and started firing gas bombs and metal bullets.

Al-Tamimi added that dozens of youth confronted them and threw stones at them. Then the occupation fired live bullets, which led to the injury of a child with live bullets in the lower back. The bullet came out of his stomach.

He added that the boy was injured at close range during the confrontations, which caused a large case of bleeding, and was transferred to Salfit Hospital.

The village witnesses weekly confrontations against settlements, rejecting the settlers' attempts to seize lands in the village and control the springs of water.
