Israel renews administrative detention of prisoner from Jenin for second time

The Military Occupation Court renewed the administrative detention of the prisoner Samer Abu Murad, from Jenin, in the northern West Bank, for 6 months for the second time in a row.

Asra Media Office stated that the occupation authorities arrested the prisoner Abu Murad on February 3, 2020 after raiding his house transferred him to the investigation in Al-Jalama. After two weeks, issued an administrative detention order for 6 months was issued against him.

When his first ADMENSTRATIVE DETENTION PERIOD was about to end, and on the recommendation of the intelligence services, the administrative detention against him was renewed for the second time for an additional 6 months without charge, claiming that he constituted a "danger to the occupation."

It was pointed out that the ex-prisoner, Abu Murad, had been arrested several times by the occupation and had spent several years in prisons at separate intervals.
