Clashes erupted on Tuesday evening between dozens of Palestinian young men and the occupation forces at the northern entrance to the city of Al-Bireh, opposite the "Beit El" settlement in the occupied West Bank.

Dozens of Birzeit University students headed to the vicinity of the aforementioned settlement, following a stand in solidarity with the hunger strikers inside the university campus, and began blocking roads.

The occupation forces sent military reinforcements to the place, amid the spread of foot soldiers on the hills opposite the city of Al-Bireh.
