The Asra Media office has announced the martyrdom of the prisoner Sami Al-Amour inside the Israeli occupation prisons as a result of deliberate medical negligence. 
Al-Amour, from Deir Al-Balah in Gaza, has been arrested since 2008 and sentenced to 19 years in prison. 

The Palestinian Prisoner’s Club has previously warned of the hard health situation of the prisoner Al-Amour. Accordingly, he was transferred to Soroko Medical Center where he underwent heart surgery. As a result, he lost his life.

Al-Amour was suffering from problems in the heart, which aggravated inside the prisons as a result of the deliberate medical negligence of the Israeli occupation’s prisons’ administration. Hence, the numbers of martyrs have increased to 227 since 1967. 

Also, he is one of 550 sick prisoners in the Israeli prisons.
