Israel’s Continued Violations in Gaza’s Humanitarian Aid Delivery

The Israeli occupation persists in obstructing aid deliveries to Gaza, undermining the ceasefire agreement by restricting the entry of essential supplies, including fuel, shelter materials, and construction equipment. Reports indicate that Israel has blocked half of the agreed-upon fuel shipments, prohibited commercial fuel entry, and prevented civil defense teams from accessing vital resources.

Despite commitments under the ceasefire, Israel has allowed only a fraction of the promised aid: just over 53,000 tents instead of 200,000 and only four heavy machines for rubble removal, while blocking all construction materials needed for rebuilding. Roads remain restricted, and the power crisis worsens due to the occupation’s refusal to allow equipment for Gaza’s power station.

In response to these breaches, Abu Ubaida, spokesperson for Al-Qassam Brigades, announced the postponement of the prisoner exchange deal, citing Israel’s failure to uphold its commitments. The Gaza Government Media Office has condemned Israel’s deliberate obstruction, warning that these violations are exacerbating the humanitarian catastrophe and demanding urgent international intervention.
