Two Martyred in Gaza Due to Their Injuries, and Nine Decomposed Bodies Retrieved  

Two Palestinians were martyred after succumbing to their injuries, and 18 others were wounded by Israeli gunfire in the Gaza Strip. Meanwhile, rescue teams retrieved nine decomposed bodies of martyrs who had fallen during the ongoing Israeli aggression.  

Israeli forces continued to open fire from the so-called "buffer zones" in the south, center, east, and north of the Gaza Strip, targeting civilians attempting to return to their homes, resulting in 18 injuries.  

It was announced that Hani Awad Halawa "Al-Sha'er" succumbed to wounds sustained in a drone strike east of Rafah a week ago, while Mohammed Nidal Al-Najjar was martyred after being shot in the town of Khuza’a, east of Khan Yunis, days earlier.  

Additionally, two civilians, including a child, were injured by continuous Israeli gunfire in southern Rafah, where the Yibna refugee camp, the Al-Salam and Al-Brazil neighborhoods, and parts of Al-Jneina and Tel Al-Sultan were targeted.  

Khan Yunis witnessed heavy Israeli gunfire, particularly in the border towns of Abasan Al-Kabira and Khuza’a, severely wounding at least one civilian.  

Rescue teams retrieved nine decomposed bodies from central and southern Gaza.  

According to the Ministry of Health, 13 martyrs and 16 injuries were recorded in Gaza hospitals within 24 hours.  

The ministry confirmed that many victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, unreachable by medical and civil defense teams.  

The death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to **48,284 martyrs** and **111,709 injuries** since October 7, 2023.
