The Government Media Office has emphasized that activating international accountability mechanisms against the Israeli occupation is the only way to deter further crimes against the Palestinian people. In a statement issued on Friday, the office called for urgent international action to halt Israeli war crimes, end the aggression, and ensure the unhindered delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza. It also urged a unified Arab and Islamic stance to apply political and diplomatic pressure, including the expulsion of Israeli ambassadors from Arab capitals. Despite the relentless violence, the Palestinian people remain resilient, reaffirming their determination to continue the struggle for freedom and independence.
The statement accused Israel of systematically committing genocide, ethnic cleansing, and mass extermination against Gaza’s civilians. It highlighted the use of starvation and thirst as weapons to break the will of the Palestinian people, a clear violation of international laws. The Israeli-imposed blockade, now lasting 530 days, has cut off food, water, medicine, and fuel from 2.4 million Palestinians. The deliberate targeting of infrastructure and prevention of aid convoys has exacerbated the humanitarian crisis, pushing Gaza to the brink of catastrophe.
The Government Media Office warned the international community about the grave consequences of Israel’s criminal policies, which aim to slowly kill civilians through siege and starvation. It condemned the global silence as a dangerous form of complicity, exposing double standards in defending humanitarian values. The statement held both Israel and the U.S. fully responsible for these war crimes, calling on all nations to pressure Israel to end its atrocities, open border crossings, and allow immediate humanitarian access before it’s too late.
The office reiterated that these acts constitute genocide under international law and demanded urgent intervention to stop the ongoing massacre. It stressed that the Palestinian people’s resilience and determination remain unshaken, despite the immense suffering inflicted upon them. The world must act now to hold Israel accountable and prevent further loss of innocent lives.
