Northern Gaza has once again witnessed scenes of horror as Israeli forces intensified their bombardment, killing more than 100 Palestinians and leaving dozens missing or wounded. Homes were flattened in Beit Lahia and the Jabalia refugee camp in one of the deadliest nights since the resumption of Israeli attacks.
Entire families were wiped out. Victims included displaced civilians, children, and medics targeted near ambulances. With most medical facilities out of service, Al-Awda and the Indonesian hospitals remain overwhelmed, struggling to treat the wounded amid power outages and severe shortages.
The renewed assault comes after Israel abandoned a 58-day ceasefire on March 18, escalating its military campaign across the besieged enclave. Since then, nearly 3,000 Palestinians—most of them women and children—have been killed. The total death toll since October stands at a staggering 173,000 killed or wounded, with thousands still buried beneath the rubble.
As the world watches, northern Gaza continues to bleed in silence, its people caught in a relentless war with no safe place left to run.
