The humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza has reached another grim milestone, with health authorities confirming that 11 people, including two children, succumbed to famine and severe malnutrition in the past 24 hours. This brings the death toll from hunger to 300, among them 117 children, a toll that continues to climb as deprivation tightens its grip.

The blockade has choked off vital food and medical supplies, especially in the north, where desperation is most acute. Gaza’s more than two million residents endure collapsing health services, destroyed infrastructure, and a life stripped of basic necessities.
