SAFA- The Gaza Ministry of Health said Monday that six Palestinian fatalities were recorded at hospitals across the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours amid continued Israeli violations of the ceasefire.

In its daily update, the ministry said 1,258 Palestinians have been killed since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, while 4,145 others have been injured. It added that 807 bodies have been recovered during the same period.

According to the ministry, the overall Palestinian death toll since the start of Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,386, with 174,256 people injured.

The ministry said many victims remain trapped beneath the rubble of destroyed buildings or in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews continue to face severe difficulties reaching them and recovering their bodies.

The latest figures come amid continued Israeli attacks and reported violations across the Gaza Strip despite the ceasefire.
