Detainees and Ex-detainees Affairs Commission issued a report of 5 Palestinian prisoners talking about what they faced inside the Israeli jails; physical violence and mental harm while arresting and investigating them.
Israeli forces arrested the Palestinian child Mustafa Salama, 17, after raiding his home in Qalqilya in which dozens attacked him by their weapons and pulled him to the military jeeb, according to testimonies Safa received.
"Israeli forces stepped on me with their shoes and beat me so hard. Hence, I lost consciousness. When I woke up, I found myself inside Kishon detention center where I was investigated for many long hours while I was on a small chair, and then I was moved to Megiddo prison," Salama stated.
Mohammed Zalloum, 17, reported: "The Israeli forces raided my home, beat me so hard and arrested me. As a result, I threw up. Then I was moved to Ashkelon."
He mentioned that while he was in inside the cells of Ashkelon prison, the jailers investigated him and deliberately moved him to a room with no cameras so they can assault him ruthlessly.
Hani Zamilat, 17, from Jenin, complained about the hard conditions of investigations in Kishon detention center. While investigations, 4 jailers beat him with batons causing him several scars. As a result, he was moved to the hospital to be then moved to the prison.
Majd Waary, 17, faced a harsh investigation inside the Israeli jails in which he was investigated for long hours while tied to a small chair. The detectives humiliated him and slapped him on the face.
Israeli forces also assaulted Monir Arqoub from Ramallah while arresting him near a military barrier.
Monir Arqoub, 17, also testified that he a group of Israeli forces arrested him near a military barrier. They attacked him, beat him so hard, pulled him to the jeeb and then moved him to the nearest camp where he suffered from coldness and lack of sleep. Next day, he was moved to Ofer prison and then to Megiddo.
It in worthy to mention that the number of children arrested inside the Israeli prisons is about 170; most of them were exposed to torture and repression.
