Israel ratifies a new settlement plan in Jerusalem

Calcalist newspaper revealed today an Israeli settlement plan that aims at building a new settlement neighborhood consisted of 900 settlement units in the middle of occupied Jerusalem.

The authority of the Israeli lands seek to approve a diagram of 250 dunums including sports facilities, housing units distributed to buildings composed of 24 floors, 250 sheltered units, offices of 330 meters up to 30 floors, and commercial areas of 20,000 square meters.

The newspaper mentions that the plan will be provided to the Qatari Commission for planning and building in Jerusalem.

Israel municipality in Jerusalem declared yesterday the approval of a plan aiming to build 90 settlement units in Pisgat Ze’ev settlement.
