A delegation of Hamas, headed by Ismail Haniyeh, discussed with the Minister of Egyptian Intelligence Abbas Kamel several issues relating to the results of the latest Israeli war on Gaza and possible ways to strengthen the big success of the Palestinian resistance.

Hamas confirmed the importance of empowering the relationship with Egypt, and thanked Egypt for its supportive positions before, during, and after the war, and for its efforts on a ceasefire and reconstruction. 

They also discussed ways of rebuilding the Palestinian home and strengthening its internal unit.
