The Israeli municipality demolished on Wednesday two houses under construction in Al-Isawiya village in occupied Jerusalem, under the pretext of building without a permit.
Muhammad Mousa Alyan told Safa that dozens of Israeli soldiers surrounded the building and forced the family out before starting to cut the walls of the two houses.
He explained that he built the third floor of the building last October, with an area of 300 square meters.
He pointed out that the occupation municipality employees came a month later and handed him a decision to stop construction.
A court session was held recently and refused to cancel the demolition decision, despite submitting an application to license the two houses.
It is noteworthy that the occupation municipality delivers the residents of the village of Al-Isawiya with demolition orders, reviewing its offices and demolishing homes, prohibiting construction in the village, and imposing impossible conditions to obtain building permits.
